CollectionDarkness

Vanesa Castillo Martín

We are born in a system which reinforces our "perfect image", everything that is accepted by society,  little by little we are banishing another part of us and we take it to the depths of our being, shadow or darkness. But this shadow is getting bigger and bigger and it becomes dangerous. As human beings it is important that everyone is able to confront and accept their dark side, because if we don't, this part of us will turn against us. We must remember that we should not shine all the time, even the moon has a dark side, when the sun sets. Enlightenment does not come from imagining light but from making darkness conscious.
